Lemon Dijoñ Salmon
Ingredients
- 
2 tbsp dijon mustard 
- 
1 tbsp olive oil 
- 
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice 
- 
four 4-ounce salmon fillets 
- 
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill 

Directions
- 
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Farenheit 
- 
Whisk mustard, 1 tbsp olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a small bowl 
- 
Cover baking sheet w/ aluminum foil and brush w/ olive oil 
- 
Place salmon on sheet and add mixture +sprinkle dill on top 
- 
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until fish flakes 
- 
Garnish w/ lemon
