Lemon Dijoñ Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • four 4-ounce salmon fillets

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Farenheit

  2. Whisk mustard, 1 tbsp olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a small bowl

  3. Cover baking sheet w/ aluminum foil and brush w/ olive oil

  4. Place salmon on sheet and add mixture +sprinkle dill on top

  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until fish flakes

  6. Garnish w/ lemon
